Plot of the magnetic field \(B\) of a Helmholtz coil along the symmetry axis \(z\). Here, the two currents in the coils circle in the opposite direction, which leads to the fact that the magnetic field between the coils is linear.

In addition, the magnetic fields \(B_1(z)\) and \(B_2(z)\) of the individual coils were plotted. Their sum gives the total magnetic field \(B(z)\) of the Helmholtz coil.
